Does Gold Prices Arabia track silver, platinum and palladium?

Yes. Silver (XAG), Platinum (XPT) and Palladium (XPD) prices are tracked and updated every minute via STOOQ aggregated feeds. Gold (XAU) is the only metal currently streamed via real-time WebSocket.

How is the 14K gold price per gram calculated?

Per-gram price = (Spot price per troy ounce in USD / 31.1035) × purity ratio (58.3%) × local currency FX rate. For example, at a 4500 USD/oz spot and a 3.75 SAR/USD rate, 14K per gram in SAR is approximately (4500/31.1035) × 0.583 × 3.75 = 316.30 SAR.

What is the difference between 14K and other karats?

Each karat has a different purity ratio: 24K=99.9%, 22K=91.7%, 21K=87.5%, 18K=75%, 14K=58.3%. Higher purity equals higher price for the same weight. 21K is the most popular in Gulf jewellery for its balance of purity, hardness and price.

Does the 14K price shown here include making charges?
